What is the minimum order per product?
1. The Minimum Order
U.S. Currency $5,000/shipment for wholesale purchases of the following exotic leathers: Stingray, Python, Lizard, Sea Snake, and Cobra.
U.S. Currency $10,000/shipment for wholesale purchase of the following exotic leathers: Crocodile, Ostrich, and Alligator.
Wallets: 25 psc. /style
Briefcases: 5 psc. /style
Travel Bags: 5 psc. /style
Handbags: 10 psc. /style and 5 psc. /color
Belts: 25 psc. /color/ style
Customized, personal designs: 20 psc./color/style
Shipment by air freight or sea
2. How long does it take to receive an order?
Upon receipt of an advance deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the order, the transaction will be processed and ordered within 60-70 days. Please note, that when ordering boots, allow an additional 10 days for receipt of product due to inspection and verification of order(s).
3. What are the payment arrangements?
Advance deposits are needed before orders are placed. Deposits can be made by credit card or wire transfer of payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the shipment date.
4. What types of exotic skins do you sell?
Caiman Crocodile, Cobra, Python, Ostrich, Lizard, Alligator, and Snake as approved and allowed by the U.S. Fish & Wild Life Services.
5. How can we get wholesale prices?
You can request information via the Wholesaler Inquiry Form or Call 1-866--498-2266 or email us at info@getasexoticleathers.com. Please make sure you include your contact information with your inquiry. A Geta’s representative will contact you within 24-hours of receipt of your inquiry or request.
6. What are your shipment procedures?
All products are shipped by air and sea from various overseas countries. Upon arrival in the United States, each order is inspected before release, by the U.S. Customs Service and forwarded to Geta’s. Once Geta receives and inspects each order for accuracy, the order is sent to the customer in the most cost-effective manner. For example, U.S. Parcel Services, U.S. Postal Services, FedEx or DHL.
7. Can you customize orders upon request?

8. What is your return policy?
Returns will be honored for all manufacture defects or mistakes, or errors on the part of a Geta’s representative in processing an order. Geta will be glad to replace, exchange, or correct the item(s) as soon as possible. Our goal is to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction on all products.
9. Is there a guarantee on your products?
Yes. All products are guaranteed and authentic exotic leathers imported from various overseas countries.
10. How to care for your exotic leather products?

To clean, gently rub with a damp cloth;

If the item becomes wet, rub with a dry cloth and sat item out to dry. Do not use heaters, dryers, hair blowers drying devices, or any other type of artificial heat to dry the product;

Keep away from heaters and humidity as these will cause the skin to hardened, dry out, or discolor; and

Keep boots, briefcases, and handbags in cloth bags to prevent dirt, dust and scratching.

However, due to the varying size and weights of our products we will need to send you a quote for shipping, with full shipping and payment details. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Geta’s Exotic Leathers is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please contact your local customs department with questions regarding additional fees.
We deliver worldwide. If we are unable to deliver to you we will contact you immediately. A signature is required for all Geta’s Exotic Leather deliveries. You can instruct us to accept a third party signature e.g. work address or neighbor. No liability of loss can be accepted by Geta’s Exotic Leathers. Orders will be dispatched within 3–5 working days
